Josh Barnett, the American Ace of NJPW will be facing Semmy Schilt at INOKI BOM-BA-YE 2003, which will be the Pancrase Heavyweight title match. Josh has sent NJPW.com his message prior to this fight.

"After A long and hard tour, most would be crazy to take another big fight so soon. To me though, the opportunity knocks only once, and I believe a pro-wrestler must be prepared for anything at anytime. Semmy thinks that he'll find some vindication for his loss to me in the UFC, but I can promise otherwise. Since then, I have only gotten stronger and implemented many professional wrestling techniques that he would be clueless at how to defend. If anything, this Bom-Ba-Ye will show Semmy that the armbar I gave him last time will be heaven compared to the hell I'm going to put him through.
