NJPW staffs and Brazil local coordinator Wallid Ismail had a meeting in the Amazon Jungle Fight location. The party arrived at the dock of the hotel with a cruizer, the main hotel is located above the Amazon river beside the jungle surrounded by many small lodges, also built above the river.

In the staff meeting, they mapped out the position of where the fighting stage is going to be built and also took a small motor boat to explore the land scape of the jungle surrounding the river.
