The Japanese fans know you well and are waiting for your fight, how do you feel?
It's exciting. It's been a while since I had gone over there, so I'm looking forward to doing pro wrestling. Unfortunately, I take it a little more seriously, so it'll be interesting when I get in there.
Right now, Makai Club is gaining a lot of attention in NJPW. You have met Mr. Hoshino, right?
Yes.
Mr. Hoshino announced that you were going to join his club and take over NJPW. Is it true?
We've met a while back and talked. Yes, for this show, I will go ahead with Makai Club. I'm looking forward to new challenges.
If you mention Makai Club, NJPW wrestlers will be targeting and thinking about you.
Give them something to think about. Right now, I'm focused on coming back to Japan and joining Makai Club in a good way. I'm looking forward to getting into the Dome and thrashing somebody; it'll be fun.
What is your impression of Mr. Hoshino?
First time I met him, he approached me about this club. Then I asked Justin about the details because I had developed a good relation with him. I listen to him because he's been in this organization longer than I have. This time, it's Makai, and next time, we'll see.
